Amreeta is a service innovation specialist and anthropologist. After conducting deep research of veterinary and client care journeys in Asia for the last 3 years, she founded Kinn to help veterinarians provide top notch service experiences to improve client care journeys and animal health outcomes through a software. She was raised working in the medical line because of her family of doctors and veterinarians. Driven by her belief in the transformative power of connectedness and compassion, she takes pride in providing the veterinarians with a way to effortlessly improve client communication and care support beyond clinics.
